ABOUT TERESA

Teresa is an Elite Age Group Triathlete living in Boulder, Colorado.  Her focus is to educate and guide you towards healthier eating by teaching you about the relationship between nutrition, food and health!

In 2006 Teresa made the decision to educate herself in nutrition.  She enrolled at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in Sydney, Australia to do an Advanced Certificate in Nutritional Sciences.  This course consisted of 3 modules where she obtained the following credits.

Module 1 - High Distinction
Module 2 - Distinction
Module 3 - High Distinction

Attending this course gave Teresa a remarkable insight into food and what our bodies are capable of producing when it receives the proper fuel.  It also motivated her to go one step further, to make it her profession.  Teresa therefore quit her corporate job, relocated to the United States where she engaged in further studies.  She enrolled with the Clayton College of Natural Health in the State of Alabama to gain a degree in Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition.
